- We designed our products using 5 layers of metal: three inner layers of aluminum, called the “core,” and two outer layers of stainless steel. This “5-ply” construction allows for effective heat distribution and durability, including protection against warping.
Our handles are built for comfort, using a rounded, easy-to-grip design. The handles also make for easy cooking, because they stay cool while you cook and distribute weight evenly throughout the pan, so that it’s not too heavy to toss and handle.
Our cookware works on all stove tops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass. Our non-stick pan is oven safe up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our cookware has curved edges for easy pouring and closed rims to protect them from splitting.
Why Our Non-Stick Is Different
We learned that the key to a highly effective and long-lasting non-stick pan lies in using an extremely durable non-stick surface. Our non-stick pans use a coating that is infused with stainless steel particles, creating a surface that has the toughness of a stainless steel pan and the non-stick capabilities you’re looking for. On top of that, we added even more durability by using an additional layer that has our unique honeycomb design—a naturally occurring pattern prized for its strength and resilience.
